Job Description

As a very interactive illusion museum in Dubai,˙we are looking for full time customer service staff.˙Our aim is to offer our customers a quality of service beyond their expectations.Your role :˙

  • Follow our visitors along their visit, and help them˙take pictures with their own smartphones
  • Propose to them some˙interesting˙ideas when posing for the pictures
  • Show them that you are available at any time, but without being intrusive or over-present
  • The thin line between available and intrusive is exactly what you will need to master
  • To entertain kids, and adapt your presentation to their level to make sure they enjoy the experience
  • Understand and be able to explain every illusion presented in the museum
  • Ensure resolving queries of customers by providing accurate information within a short timeframe
  • Collaborate with the manager to stay informed about changes in company rules and projects
  • To be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
  • To be able to make the customers personal journey as smooth and comfortable as possible
