Job Description

  • Greet and assist clients
  • Present, promote and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and any other correspondence
  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and clients relationship
  • Reach out to clients leads through calling
  • Assist walk-in potential clients
  • Report to the manager about leads status and conversion performance
  • Resolve clients issues and complains to maximize clients? satisfaction, always protecting Basketball Hub interests
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records
