Job Description

The Customer Service Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and support. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive relationship with customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, making them a vital part of the customer service team.Responsibilities:
