Job Description

Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.We are currently looking for dynamic and friendly Customer Service Representatives to provide support to our valued customers and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product or service-related issues.
  • Providing information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to customers.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Keeping abreast of company policies, procedures, and product/service offerings.
