  • Handling issues in the best interest of both customer, clients, and company.
  • Receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy and timeliness of processing transactions from customers utilizing the organizations? internal systems with minimal supervision.
  • Overseeing and coordinating initiatives aimed at promoting Dubai as a premier global economic and tourism destination.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer?s experience.
  • Maintaining a balance between company policy, client satisfaction and customer benefit in decision-making with minimal supervision.
