Customer Sales Associate(UAE National)Job Location : Dubai, UAERequirements :•Ability to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced environment.•Strong verbal and written skills are mandatory.•Applicants with different backgrounds are encouraged to apply.•Good customer service skills.• Provide quality customer service by engaging in effective communication with customers, welcoming customers, giving them fast service with precision, address their queries as needed.• Ensure that the products are displayed in the right location at the appropriate time and in correct quantities by working closely with suppliers.• Provide support and assistance to customers by selecting items and provide details of the products if needed.• Responsible for directing and controlling particular sections in the branch and ensures the availability of the products on display and maintain its standards.• Responsible for handling customer happiness desk operations as well as POS activities and assist customers in terms of queries, complaints, repairs, returns and refunds etc.• Process refund or exchange as per the customer requirement in alignment with Union Coop’s Standard Operation Procedure.• Operate cash register equipment quickly and accurately process sales transaction while following company standards.The current requirement is for UAE National for this role
