Job description :a.????Prepare contracts agreement, annexure etc., and update necessary information on the contracts and return customer copies on time.b.????Processing the order on time and providing timely updates to the customer.c.????Follow up with the concerned department to ensure timely client updates & vehicle delivery.d.????Follow up with the concerned department to ensure Loaner vehicle is delivered and all system and administration tasks related to it are performed like opening agreements, closing agreements, keeping a record of all transactions.e.????Manage lease contract expires, extensions, contract variations.f.????Maintain an up to date database of all customers with relevant and key contacts.g.????Handle day to day queries of the Customer & ensure customer?s queries are handled on time.h.????Direct customer queries to the relevant department - service, invoicing, pricing, short term rental requirements, registration renewal.i.????Prepare various fleet related reports for the customers.j.????Quotations - Making quotes for existing customers.k.????Analysing customer feedback to identify root causes, taking action to improve short and long-term customer satisfaction.
