The role of the CX Account Executive is to build and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to ensure high customer service ratings and to help achieve Company?s set Vision & Mission.Implementing & managing the customer experience journey.Build & maintain customer relationships to ensure high customer service satisfaction.Customer-service Management ? Manage all customer requests and coordinate with all relevant functions internally (e.g. product development, farm operations & finance).
