Our Client is an Indian MNC HQ in India and are looking for Customer Engg Leader- Diesel Engines and to be based in DubaiKey Responsibilities:This position is based out of Dubai to handle Customer engineering for MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region

  • Problem report (PR) initiation
  • OEM feedback on engine assembly and testing
  • Field feedback on newly launched products
  • Product features and benefits to customer
  • Application bulletin release to channel partners and end customers
  • Application study and inputs for future product development
  • Product standardization
  • Competition benchmarking
  • Local legislative requirements
  • Releasing product specification sheets
  • Releasing product brochures
  • Technical support for tenders
  • Technical support for customized products
  • Technical support for optional accessories
  • Guidelines for the installation and interface of optional accessories
  • Technical support in multiple generating sets projects with synchronizing option
  • Marketing Bill of material
  • Application validation
  • Support to Sales to conclude technical challenges / Discussions
Education:Minimum Qualification Level: B.E. Mechanical / B.E Electrical
