  • Monitor and respond to customer complaints and inquiries received through online channels, such as email, social media, and chat, with professionalism
  • Investigate customer issues and concerns, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Interact with customers in a courteous and helpful manner, demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Generate reports from different portals, talk to customers and propose solutions, help the stores to reduce customer complaints, and increase customer satisfaction scores
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience
