Job Description

We are looking for a professional Curtain Installation Specialist with extensive experience in the installation of high-end curtains, blinds and other window treatments. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of motorized curtains, such as Somfy. Demonstrate exceptional responsibility, attention to detail and able to execute installations to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Candidate should maintain a strong sense of duty, adhering to the good hygiene standards, Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members is essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Installation: Install a variety of window treatments, including but not limited to curtains, blinds and shades, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision and care.
  • Motorized Window Solutions: Install, program and troubleshoot motorized curtain and blind systems, particularly Somfy. Ensure all motorized systems are operating smoothly and meet client expectations.
  • Measurement and Preparation: Accurately measure spaces and prepare for installations, ensuring all materials are ready and correctly fitted.
  • Quality Control: Inspect installations to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations. Address any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients during installations, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring satisfaction with the final product.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and tailors to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle on-site challenges with quick thinking and solutions that maintain the integrity and quality of the installation.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Provide post-installation support, including maintenance and repair services as needed.
  • Safety protocols: Ensure curtains are installed safely and securely, following all necessary safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of packaging materials.
