Job Description

UAE National_ CRM Executive | Al Futtaim Automotive | Customer Centricity | DubaiOverview of the role:Purpose of this role is to ensure all CRM Campaigns for the Automotive B2C and B2B Brands are executed on time and on quality as per given instructions. The job holder will be directly responsible for sending digital CRM campaigns to Al-Futtaim?s valued customers to ensure the set targets on Engagement, Retention, Churn and Repurchase are achieved.What you will do:

  1. Execute campaigns in SAP Emarsys as per given instructions.
  2. Setup of content for E-Mail, SMS, Paid Social and Web Push Campaigns in SAP Emarsys.
  3. Ensure full tracking of executed campaigns via Google Analytics and by abiding to agreed Campaign categorisation framework.
  4. Assisting the Senior CRM Operations Manager in the day to day coordination with CRM Campaign Planning and Brand Marketing Managers.
  5. Abide to Governance and Hygiene rules in the Campaign Management Platform.
  6. Liaise with various stakeholders in the CRM and Data Team to help creating meaningful reports on Campaign Performance.
