Job PurposeAccountable for the effective management of published monthly rosters for Flight Crew and Cabin Crew. Focused on the consistent and efficient distribution and deployment of crew resources on published rosters, including the freighter operations, ensuring all recoveries and roster changes are managed with the company scheduling principles and policy agreements when executing operational tactics. Assumes the role of deputy to the Manager Crew Rostering & Pre-Ops and has the responsibility of commercial evaluations, team management and overall operation of the area in the managers absence.Qualifications & ExperienceFlight Operations.Crew Control : 8+ Years Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Experience in Flight Operations/Network Control Knowledge/skills: - Experience in business management or any related field. - Experience in a crew training planning/ crew scheduling or a related environment with at least 3 years at a managerial level preferred. - Must have extensive knowledge and skills of Airline Operations Management. - In depth knowledge of regulatory rules governing the crews rostering. I.e. GCAA, CAA and FAA. - Working knowledge of crew scheduling/ rostering and training management systems integration and implementation. - Analytical and problem solving skills are a must. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Salary & BenefitsJoin us in a management role and enjoy an attractive tax-free salary.
