We provide the ultimate footwear cleaning productsand accessories for everyone who cherishes their sneakers, or ?sneakerheads? as they?re referred to.We are now on the quest to find the ultimate Sneaker Care Workshop Technician, who will work as part of?Sneaker Services? located inside the new Dubai store from one of the worlds leading sportswear brands.Delivering preplanned sneaker cleaning workshops, our Sneaker Care Workshop Technician will givevaluable experiences to consumers every day in new and innovative ways, with a relentless focus on productknowledge and customer service.The Sneaker Care Workshop Technicians? mission will be to build the bond between the consumer and thebrand by providing the ultimate service through powerful brand stories adapted to the retail setting.Ultimate sneaker cleaning is in Crep Protect?s DNA, it?s a service that always meets a ?Crep Protect goldstandard?. This unique opportunity will be working alongside the cleaning services team, leading in-storeworkshop activations as well as providing sneaker care at our permanent cleaning services workstation.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, deliver, and execute pre-planned interactive workshop activations that leave long-lasting impressions.
  • Manage, implement, and report quarterly workshop calendar.
  • Greet new customers with enthusiasm and ensure the service is explained in an informative and engaging manner.
  • Consult with customers and carry out inspections of their sneakers - this involves analyzing materials and identifying any damage to the shoe plus communicating to customers the treatments necessary.
  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
  • Operating the cleaning machinery, steamers, vacuum, and other equipment.
  • Use the correct and appropriate cleaning and restorative agents.
  • Ability to upsell products that are most suited to the customer?s needs.
  • Assist with inventory management and the ordering of supplies.
  • Handle more complex transactions and customer service situations.
