  • Drive proactive collections, set monthly targets, plan customer visits, and ensure the AR team follows up on outstanding balances, managing credit risk, and ensuring customers are paying within agreed terms.
  • Supervise and guide the AR team, ensure timely training, and evaluate performance to enhance skills.
  • Review and reconcile AR balances, aging reports, and customer credit limits; ensure accurate financial entries and month-end closing.
  • Work with the finance team on ERP improvements, policy creation, and safeguarding company assets related to collections
