Job Description

The Incumbent will manage the existing credit cards & loans customer base by devising strategies to engage, grow & retain profitable customers and responsible in implementation an effective segment-based strategy to optimize spends and revenues.

  • Drive spend via profitable customers with good behavior scores and better performance on decision tree nodes
  • Recommend good performing segments for cross sell of second product, Double Secure, PA or wallet insurance products
  • Drive NTB activations & increase the number of spend active cards
  • Drives balance build-up by creating credit line increase programs & drive loan top ups
  • Create a portfolio analysis decks for credit cards and loans.Devise portfolio actions based on analytics and assess the effectiveness of portfolio actions by tracking results
  • Track yield on fees & interest to curb dilution. Recommend risk based pricing
  • Ensure that all products, promotions, processes, terms & conditions, & customer communication legal & compliance approvals. Ensure that all regulatory/Central bank requirements are complied with
