A dynamic startup advertising company is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join the team, who can unleash creativity with exciting projects in a dynamic agency environment. As a key member of our team, youll be responsible for bringing our clients visions to life through captivating designs that resonate with their target audience.***Applicants without portfolios will not be considered.***Job Responsibilities:•Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various advertising and marketing materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, branding materials, and website assets.•Take ownership of the design process from start to finish, working independently to translate concepts into refined deliverables that align with brand vision and resonate with target audience.•Collaborate directly with clients to understand their objectives, target audience, and project requirements, effectively translating their vision into compelling visual solutions.•Translate client briefs and concepts into high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message and align with brand guidelines.•Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously enhance design skills and capabilities.•Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.•Exhibit strong communication skills, effectively presenting and explaining design concepts to clients and team members.•Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and strategies.•Adapt quickly to feedback and refine designs as needed to ensure client satisfaction and success.•Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for future reference and collaboration.Technical Skills:•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.•Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.•Demonstrate ability to craft visually striking designs that resonate with target audiences and align with brand aestheticsRequired Experience and Qualifications:•Bachelors degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.•2 years of UAE experience in an agency setting.•Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and proficiency in various design styles and techniques.•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and present design concepts effectively.•Self-motivated and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.How to Apply:•Please send your CV with portfolio.
