As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and driven Senior Graphic Designer / Marketing Creative to join our team.As a Senior Graphic Designer / Marketing Creative, you will lead the development and implementation of our marketing strategy through compelling visual designs and effective communication materials. You will be responsible for crafting our branding guidelines, marketing collaterals, and providing creative direction across all visual touchpoints. Your role will extend to supporting the creative development of our websites and social media strategies with innovative design solutions that enhance our digital presence and engagement.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain branding guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Design and produce a variety of marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Lead creative projects from concept to completion while managing timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide design support for social media channels, including graphics, animations, and video content.
  • Analyze trends and stay updated on contemporary designs and tools.
Reporting Line:
  • This position reports directly to the Head of Corporate Affairs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional design experience in a creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, brand development, and digital media.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with web design tools.
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, and B2G environments, with a proven ability to tailor designs to various audiences.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
