A dynamic startup advertising company is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join the team, who can unleash creativity with exciting projects in a dynamic agency environment. As a key member of our team, youll be responsible for bringing our clients visions to life through captivating designs that resonate with their target audience.Job Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various advertising and marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, branding materials, and website assets.- Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics.- Translate client briefs and concepts into high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message and align with brand guidelines.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously enhance design skills and capabilities.- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and strategies.- Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.- Participate in client presentations and meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and make revisions as necessary.- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for future reference and collaboration.- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary to ensure timely production and delivery of materials.- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and clients.
