We are headquartered in Dubai, U.A.E with a global and expansive operations network.?About the RoleWe are looking for a talented, aesthetically sound and driven Creative Design Manager who has the ability to visualize and execute designs and artworks with respect to strict deadlines, create graphics for social media as well as visually attractive and responsive web designs, and must be able to demonstrate design capabilities in corporate branding.?Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic creative digital and web designs and concepts, ensure full awareness and compliance with all the company brand guidelines.
  • Create artworks and branding guidelines for print, digital, and internal and external communication including but not limited to packaging, posters, brochures, flyers, layouts, newsletters, corporate branding, and logo designing.
  • Design digital graphic material to attract consumers through social media and other online platforms.
  • Create and design materials of digital collateral, website banners, html banners, social posts and animated posts and stories.
  • Develop and design responsive, and optimized web layouts.
  • Ensure projects/tasks are completed with high quality and on schedule.
  • Research and be updated of the latest trends in the Gold & Diamond industry, design applications, tools, and technologies in Graphic/Web Design.
  • Comfortable taking art direction, receiving feedback and navigating multiple points of view.
?Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3 ? 4 years of proven designing experience with a strong portfolio and a keen eye for creative aesthetics and details
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign,)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines, and is flexible with working in a fast-paced and multi-functioning production environment
