Prepare a comprehensive Business Plan & Working Plan covering all aspects of business for one to two years of time span as well as for five years? Enable business growth by giving support to Channel Partners for deeper market penetrationand reach? Ensure BOQs / Mock-ups in the initial stages of the project and subsequently secure the orders? Take personal ownership of top customers of the different countries.? Add new customers to the kitty of existing customers list of the company? Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company? Create and conduct corporate presentations among key prospects? Closing successfully the leads already available and further creating &closing new business opportunities? Ensure excellency in customer care services across the region? Plan and set targets for each month for each employee and review their achievement week wise? Set personal examples before the team? Control expenses as per budget guidelines
