* Advise on all legal matters and lead on contract negotiations, advise on risks, deal with various other commercial matters and get widely involved across the business. * Working closely with various internal stakeholders across multiple territories and locations. * Understand and acquire an in-depth knowledge of ACI?s core corporate products and services * Provide strategic legal advice * Draft and negotiate complex agreements and other transactional documents for all types of business transactions, including license, service, distribution, SAAS, OEM, resale agreements and confidentiality agreements. * Advises staff on legal risks with respect to operational business decisions. * Advising on regulatory changes * Understand and adhere to all Corporate Policies including but no limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security * Perform other duties as required * Travel will be required from time to timeBenefits:In return for your expertise, we offer growth, opportunity, and a competitive compensation and benefits package in a casual work environment.
