Cost ControllerLocation: Dubai, UAEWe are looking for a skilled Cost Controller to join a dynamic hospitality group, supporting multiple venues with precision, efficiency, and a strong understanding of F&B operations.Responsibilities:•Monitor and control food and beverage costs across multiple outlets•Conduct daily/weekly/monthly cost analysis and variance reports•Ensure accurate inventory tracking, reconciliation, and wastage control•Collaborate with purchasing, kitchen, and bar teams for cost efficiency•Maintain and optimize reporting through Supy and Syrve (iiko) systems•Drive best practices in procurement, stock handling, and recipe costingRequirements:•Proven experience as a Cost Controller in the UAE’s hospitality/F&B sector•Strong knowledge of Supy and Syrve (iiko) is essential•High attention to detail with strong analytical skills•Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment•Strong communicator and team player•Note: Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
