Job Description

COST CONTROLLERPosition Title:Cost ControllerEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary:up to10KSARall-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:Riyadh,KSAAbout the Client:A chain of standalone cafe restaurants based in Riyadh, KSAJobDescription:

  • Responsible to control the Food & Beverage Cost in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
  • Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
  • Check and verify voids , discounts, complimentary sales, staff meals in the POS system, happy hour discounts and all settlements.
  • Daily import of POS Sales to Odoo ERP System to check daily revenue and tally all by end of shift.
  • Responsible for surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.
  • Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B
Qualifications:
  • 38 years old
  • At least 4 years? experience in the same role from F&B/Hospitality industry
  • Must have experience with accounting system, POS System, and cost and inventory systems i.e., Odoo & foodics is an advantage
  • Should have a valid Drivers license
