Reviews contract documents to become acquainted with requirements and?specifications of the project.
Assists in developing and preparing? job budget by activity based on the contractual document.?
Verifies Material Requisition Forms (MRF) by checking the quantities against?budgeted quantities to ensure that they are within the budget and making sure that?the ordered items comply with contract specifications.?
Assists in investigating and validating the source and causes of over budget items.?
Enters delivery notes and subcontractors? payment certificates on the applied ERP software or other used applications (as?required).?
Assists in preparing/checking variation orders required by the client.?
Assists in the preparation of the support documents of the project?s claim.?
Assists in revising the job budget to accommodate the items that are missing from?the approved job budget or for effects of client variation orders.
Performs quantity take-off based on the methods of measurements as set in the contract documents (for both variations and final measurement of the projects).
Assists in the preparation of as-built quantification for re-measurement contracts as specified with contract.
Assists in verifying the quantities and final measurements of subcontractor?s payment certificates.
Performs site visits to prepares and updates the progress report.
Prepares periodical reports in pre-defined formats and maintains timely and accurate data entries in the applied software solutions.
PEOPLE MANAGMENT:
Supports in training junior team members on the job.
