Cosmetics/ Skincare Visual Merchandiser | Watsons | Beauty |UAE 1About the Role˙The˙Senior˙Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for the stock and decor display within the store.˙The jobholder will be required to deliver an inspirational shopping experience for customers across Watsons stores in GCC. The jobholder should be commercially focused, with a proactive awareness of the beauty market in particular and hold the ability to work with urgency and pace.˙Key Role Specific Accountabilities˙Display and Visual Standards

  • Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts to represent Watsons? visual standards.
  • Make sure new deliveries are displayed and presented on the floor in a creative and timely manner.
  • Create merchandise floor layouts and do floor moves and brand rotation periodically.
˙Commerciality
  • Ability to forward plan for key events and promotions throughout the year and deliver to meet tight deadlines.
  • Takes ownership and shows commercial initiative to use promotional hotspot areas to drive sales.
  • Develop and create concept and ideas of windows, pop ups and podiums stand, exhibitions panels and other events, point-of-sale displays.
  • Available to work flexibly, which will include early mornings and overnight shifts
˙Visual Merchandising Tools
  • Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) packages, such as AutoCAD, Mockshop or Adobe Creative Suite, to create visuals and plans
  • Keep and maintain inventory list used for Visual Merchandising
˙Communication
  • Communicate effectively with the store team and line manager.
  • Keep and maintain a photo collection used for best practices and referral to previous campaigns.
