An asset management company in the DIFC is looking for a dynamic and reliable individual to function as a Corporate Services Officer.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:? Assessment and filing of Economic Substance Regulation notifications and reports to various free zone authorities and Ministry of Finance.? Assessment and filing of CRS/FATCA reports to the Ministry of Finance.? Gathering CDD/ KYC documents from clients for client on-boarding and ongoing relationship management.? Assistance in company formation and residence/domicile solutions in the UAE.? Filing of UBO registers with different free zone authorities.? Providing personalized administrative service to a selected group of High Net Worth individuals.? Processing and monitoring of client instructions (payment orders, salaries, foreign exchange etc.).? Review and submission of audited financial statements of clients to the respective authorities.? Assistance in Maintenance and Renewal of company licenses.? Perform other tasks assigned from time to time in connection with the role.
