  • Identify the right candidates through different sources, shortlist the best candidates, and arrange interviews.
  • Arrange and conduct local and international recruitment events, Career Fairs, and open days in schools and universities.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to explain the position requirements and discuss the with them.
  • Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration.
