Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the most established and diverse contracting companies in the UAE. Our client is looking to hirean experienced Corporate QA/QC Manager who will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the companys Quality Management System with the objective of overall compliance with contractual obligations, relevant laws/guidelines, policies, procedures and certification to international standards.<br /><br />-Develop, implement and roll out QA/QC Management System requirements for the organization in order to standardize management system implementation.<br /><br />-Implement and execute the Quality Assurance & Quality Control strategic plan & milestone as per the management directions to better serve the QA/QC Departments goals & objectives.<br /><br />-Manage all areas under QA/QC Departments, issues and problems and execute appropriate technical/non-technical solutions.<br /> -Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.<br /><br />-Lead and manage the QA/QC Team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements.<br /><br />-Monitor and advice Project QA/QC Managers and act as a source of advice for related matters; address QA/QC staff requirements at project sites in a timely manner to ensure attainment of Project QA/QC plan, goals and objectives.<br /><br />-Oversee regular QA/QC inspections on sites and analyse results. Ensure all inspection requests are submitted, inspected and approved in prompt manner.<br /><br />-Lead the development of questioners and special audits when required.<br /><br />-Oversee QA/QC training requirements and quality management system in order to provide necessary communication and development of knowledge and skills.<br /><br />-Identify and implement systems/methodologies to reduce costs and mitigate any gaps in order to maintain efficient operational excellence.<br /><br /><br />Requirements-15 years of comprehensive working experience in implementing QA/QC in a construction company.<br /><br />-Relevant exposure on managerial level within a corporate environment<br /><br />-Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or other related field.<br /><br />-Preferred certifications related to Internal Auditing Course.<br /><br />-Strategic Thinking, Business Acumen, Change Management, Driving Performance,Developing Others,Job Knowledge & Experience<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits.<br /><br />
