Facilitate the development of company strategy along with the CEO and the Boards, monitor the operating results, and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to achieve targeted objectives, reduce risk and make accurate decisions.
Facilitate the development of department?s annual budget and ensure maintenance of costs and expenditures within the set budget.
Provide input and recommend continuous improvement as per leading practices taking into account ?international best practice? changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
Delegate responsibilities and assign tasks to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks and work-related activities.
Review periodic reports prepared by subordinates to draw insights into the current business conditions and facilitate the decision-making process.
