Job Description

Our client is expanding, and they are looking for a new addition to their team. This role would suit a hardworking graduate with a law or business degree. An understanding of both law and corporate governance would be an advantage.?Description:?

  • This person would support the very busy Programme team
  • Coordinating the back end of the programmes
  • Assisting with corporate governance matters
  • Inputting details into the CRM system
  • Ensuring and assisting with the delivery of contracts to the highest standards, on time and within budget
  • Managing the annual calendar of open workshops, content and participants materials
  • Assisting with Board evaluations preparation and delivery
  • Keeping a database of all relevant laws and regulations
  • Developing PowerPoint presentations and reports
