This role will see a range of corporate and commercial transactions consisting of private equity, corporate restructuring, commercial agreements, joint ventures and M&A for regional and cross-border clients and high net worth individuals.Client DetailsOur client, an international UK Law Firm are interested in adding a mid-level Associate with 4-6 PQE to their Corporate and Commercial department in their Dubai office.DescriptionPrepare, write, and negotiate corporate and commercial documents clearly and conciselyConduct legal research using available internal and external resourcesResearch and draft legal memos of adviceConduct due diligence investigationsResearch and draft legal memosCreate proposals and credential statementsManage transaction projects with supervisionCommunicate and coordinate with clientsContribute to business development and profile-raising eventsDevelop a network of strong relationships with contacts internally and externallyProfile4-6 years PQE Common Law QualificationPrevious experience practising in the UAE Experience within an established Law FirmRelevant knowledge of the lawExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail, well organised and file management practiceArabic language skills are not essential but will be advantageousJob OfferA competitive tax-free salary with an exceptional benefit package.
