You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and contribute to winning new clients both internally and externally. As part of a global entity, you can also expect to manage leads and opportunities from other areas of the law practice and the wider EY network and help them do the same.?Moreover, you will be a core contributor to?the development of the legal practice through initiatives such as delivering internal training, developing precedents, sharing knowhow, participating in team and firm events, giving internal and external presentations, and producing expert articles for publications.As part of the Corporate and Commercial team, you will work on a broad range of legal advisory matters, including, day-to-day advice to companies of all legal forms on corporate and commercial matters, structuring and re-structuring projects, corporate transactions (M&A and Joint Ventures), market entry and route-to-market advice and advising clients on ongoing contractual relationships with domestic and international counterparties.
