This is not simply our job, it?s our passion.About The RoleAbout YouIdeally, we?d love you to have diploma or degree in hospitality or other relevant discipline or either 2 years working experience as a coordinator or agent handling customer request, queries and complaints over the phone with an excellent knowledge of opera or other booking operating system used by international and well-known luxury hotel or resort.
