Keep in touch with clients to ensure there is no shortfall of bookings? Keep customers updated with Milaha schedules and release orders? Coordinate sales efforts with the sales personnel and act as a back up during their customer visits? Liaise with different Container Shipping sections to resolve customer grievances? Provide administrative support to the Line manager including file maintenance, competitor profiles and other requirements? Coordinate with Milaha Line Pricing team and agents for local tariffs and handling costs? Prepare contracts and amendments for global customers?
