Job Description

Our client is˙one of the leading companies in˙Entertainment Industry. They are now looking for a˙Coordinator ? Entertainment & Sports˙to join them.˙Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager of Sports and Events in planning and organizing sports activities, competitions, and tournaments within the theme park.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment preparation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to secure necessary resources and ensure timely execution of events.
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of event spaces, ensuring proper arrangement of equipment and facilities.
  • Monitor event and entertainment activities to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols, addressing any issues promptly.
