The purpose of the Cleaning Consumables and Equipment Coordinator ? CWM; coordination, control; and tracking of consumable materials, tools and managed assets for the Cleaning Functional Area and delivery to the CWM service providers.The main responsibilities for this role include:- Facilitate the early program optimisation and control of consumable and ready use stock through to Event delivery for Cleaning & Waste Management (CWM) Functional Area;??-Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule;?- Performing stock inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits;?- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs of the functional area and managed service providers;?- Asset tracking of valuable and attractive (V&A) items;?- Co-ordination and rostering of machine bookings in conjunction with service provider?s schedules;?- Monitor and report on optimisation and utilisation of V&A items;??- Complete diary logs into inventory and report any discrepancies;?- Assist in the management of the development, revision, and implementation of policies and procedures for all cleaning delivery services;?- Assist in representing the division in matters related to cleaning & field operations regarding safety and operational issues.
