  • Be a human knowledge center about the conveyance process and updates
  • Be fully aware of the documents and fees aplicables and required on each case scenario
Case progression
  • Create strong relationships with all third party involved in the process (Real estate agents, banks, Property Developers, government agencies and the customer itself)
  • Have a critical thinking to predict issues that may arise
  • Have accountability on the TATs of the process and full visibility of the lasted status
  • Prepare, review and advise regard documents during the process
  • Support the internal team and the customer with queries, calculations and policy related questions
  • Properly update the internal CRM tool, with detailed information and on time
Communication
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Being able to handle different audiences with clarity and sympathy
  • Discretion and respect for client confidentiality
Requirements:
  • Fast learning
  • Stellar communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate legal language
  • Ability to work in a technological environment and absorb new tech tools
  • Strong sense of ownership and organization
