Maintain transparent communication and act as a neutral party for every property Sale.Conduct certain searches and checks on the seller?s and buyers? behalf. Investigating the legal title to the property, including any enbrance or flags that may hinder the sale, verifying the seller is in a position to sell the Property.Complete and submit all necessary paperwork required for the conveyance on time.Liaise with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and various government bodies to complete the conveyance.Liaise with surveyors, mortgage lenders and banks, utility providers, Trustee Office, and the Dubai Land Department, leading to the successful property transfer on the date of completion.Coordinate with financial institutions regarding the conveyance.Prepare transfer statements, arrange and attend transfer schedule at DLD Trustee Office.Coordinate settlement with clients.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.From contract execution until the completion, the important date of the property transaction when the property purchase/sale is completed, you can help with any last financial checks and ensure that all the legal doentation is properly drawn up prior to submission to the concerned authorities.
