We are hiring a controller to expand our operation of transport solutions.ÿCandidate has to be detail oriented and proactive by playing crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination of transportation activities guaranteeing timely deliveries and maintaining clear communication with our drivers.Candidate will be tracking drivers real time location and progress to ensure timely arrivals and departure.ÿAddress and solve any issue that may affect delivery schedule promptly.ÿEnsure all transportation jobs have complete and accurate details including addresses, contact information, and specific data.ÿMaintain record of job details to be accessible and clear for all relevant parties.ÿCommunicate job details and changes effectively to drivers providing clear instructions and updates.ÿAttend incoming calls from drivers, clients and other stakeholders.ÿTo record inquiries and concerns professionally and in timely manner.ÿPayment verification and confirmation for the completed jobs need to be handled proactively.ÿCollaborate with finance department to address any payment discrepancies or issues promptly.Assist in scheduling transportation jobs, taking into account driver availability, vehicle capacity, and delivery timeliness.Proactively identify and resolve transportation issues such as delays, route change, vehicle malfunction, minor maintenance etc.Generate regular report on transportation activities including on time performance, issues, encountered and resolution implemented for management and board of directors.
