  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with hotels and suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions for clients.
  • Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, manage vendor relationships, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
  • Work with the sales and reservations agents to create customized travel packages for clients that meet their unique needs and budget requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contract agreements and hotel tariff, and update contract and promotion information on ground handling service file.
