? Responsible for reviewing contracts, analyzing, and revising contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods or services.? Sharing and clarifying contract processes, conditions and details with management, business partners, sales and project execution team.? Obtaining contracts related information from relevant stakeholders.? Negotiate, internally with the teams, terms and conditions and coming with the terms acceptable to the management.? Analyze the contract terms and identify areas of possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses and contractual changes may pose to the company.? Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.? Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules, drafting and revising changes as required.? Prepare contract change notices, monitor contract performance, including the reporting and status of deliverables.? Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts.? Track authorizations and correspondence.? Liaise with project team, participate to internal meetings, examine drafts, revise and make sure that the project execution team archive all correspondence having a contractual relevance exchanged during project execution with clients, partners, sub contractors and regulatory authorities.? Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contract meetings.? Ensure that contract is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.? Check that milestone completion notices and other documents required for payment meet contractual requirements.? Ensure in liaison with the other functions that the required insurance coverage is timely put in place and that required insurance certificates are provided/obtained from insurance provider.? Assist the project/operations managers whenever a loss/or damage falling under an insurance program occur. Subsequently follow up the evolution of the loss, providing support for the orderly build up of the documentary evidence to be used to substantiate the insurance claim and attending the negotiation with the loss adjustor in conjunction with the relevant insurance function.
