ScopeÿWe are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic, fast paced, and multidisciplinary business in the Middle East as our Content Writer & Editor.Based in our Dubai office, we are looking for an experienced and creative full-time real estate Content Writer and Editor to join our Marcomms team.ÿReporting to the Senior Content Writer & Press Manager, we are seeking a talented and experienced copywriter to create compelling and engaging copy content for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality copy content for a variety of marketing channels, including press releases, website copy, social media, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials. The candidate should also be skilled in press management, including management and dispatch of press releases, as well as follow-up with press with guidance of the Press Manager.ÿResponsibilitiesÿÿ

• Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging copy content for a variety of marketing channels, including press releases, website copy, social media, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Manage and dispatch press releases to media outlets, journalists, and other stakeholders.
• Follow up with press to ensure coverage of press releases and other news stories.
• Conduct research and gather information to develop accurate and informative content.
• Collaborate with designers and other creative team members to develop visually compelling marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and marketing.
• Publish engaging, innovative property content in English, aligning with the requirements of our Prime Residential Sales team
• Strong working knowledge of property keywords targeting and experience of optimize all written website content for SEO
• Work closely with the SEO and digital marketing team to help develop and implement a content-rich website strategy to ensure Knight Frank are at the top of all Dubai property Google searches
• Create content for different kinds of social media marketing and publish engaging content
• Stay up to date with SEO and digital marketing developments and propose new ideas to enhance our written property content
• Identifying client?s property search requirements and highlight gaps in our content to meet those needs
• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content

• Proven English written communication skills; Writing clear, concise and grammatically correct content
• Proven experience in editing, proofreading, content layout and audience engagement
• Dubai/UAE Real Estate market knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to successfully work across a number of writing projects at the same time
• Creative: Ability to think out of the box.
• Possess a passion for writing both short- and long-copy, with a strong interest in marketing & communications
• Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
• Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field
• Arabic language is desirable, but not essential
