Responsibilities

Output and manage social media content planning calendar;
Work with marketing team members to develop strategy for all of the companys content channels (mainly social media);
Manage and develop outsourced freelancers to create effective simple copywriting
Edit, polish, proofread, output a wide range of content;
Create high-quality content that popularizes and energizes our user community, attracts new audiences and increases lead generation and conversion rates;
Standardize the brand, quality and tone of all published content with reference to the companys brand positioning;
Work closely with other team members inside and outside the Marketing Department to communicate efficiently and amicably;
Create and implement content guidelines/scripts to ensure consistent voice and content output across global and local channels;
Analyze content properties, traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior maps and incorporate content strategies;
Use content marketing tools/strategies to achieve business goals.
