We are seeking an experienced Executive, Content Acquisition who will join the team. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong contractual understanding, and significant initiative. The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in contract administration. S/he will report to the Corporate Content Metadata Manager?This individual will learn the corporate Guidelines at MBC and work accordingly to update rights related to content acquired, commissioned and produced.?Key Functions & Responsibilities:1. Managing the update of existing contracts to the MBC Media Managements System2. Direct liaison across departments including Content Ops, Legal, Finance, and Content Acquisition to bridge gaps3. Tracking title schedules and key dates for delivery, amendments, start dates, options, etc.4. Maintaining flexibility and openness to take on additional projects5. Conducting market and competitive research to deepen industry knowledge and discover new opportunities
