Job Description

Contact Center AgentJob Location : Dubai, UAEJob Purpose:•Learn and develop day-to-day knowledge about products and services, customer service systems, and standard operating procedures and policies.•Qualify customer inquiries to generate quality leads and log them in the CRM system for the sales team’s perusal.•Handle customer orders by scripting new orders and/or validating and processing existing orders in the CRM system, following up with service delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.•Handle support requests, complaints, or feedback by logging all tickets in the case management system. Follow up with internal teams and/or third parties for timely resolution and closure of customer cases.•Perform outreach activities to generate quality leads, onboard clients, or close the feedback loop through case management.•Meet the key performance indicators (KPIs) set to measure the performance of the contact center against business objectives.Qualifications and Skills :•Minimum 1-year experience working in a contact center (Inbound/Outbound) at the agent level•UAE/GCC experience preferred
