Advisory services department has more than 10 years of experience in handling consulting assignments for various government entities, investment firms, local business houses and venture capitalists in the region. We are currently hiring for Consulting Managers to join our professional and well-established Advisory team. We are looking for multi-tasker, cross-functional consultants for all industries with proven experience in managing a project from end-to-end and completing the required deliverables, as well as exposure to business planning, competitor assessment, feasibility studies, market reports, market sizing and organizational strategy. The role requires traveling across GCC.Roles and Responsibilities:Managers take the leadership role on several concurrent projects. They also play a more prominent part in business development as well as developing junior colleagues through coaching or mentorship programs.Taking the full ownership of one or more project/s concurrentlyStructuring the full scope of the project and defining the specific framework and methodologies to be used in the projectManaging the project plan, activities, project resources and budget throughout the projectActively managing the client relationship during the projectLeading the project team by ensuring quality and on-time deliveryDeveloping project team members according to their career plans and monitoring their performance throughout the projectBusiness DevelopmentProject managementAnalysis and report writingLeading project delivery by ensuring total client satisfactionConducting client interviews or managing workshops at executive levelsDeveloping intellectual capital that results from the projectIdentifying potential opportunities with current clientsTracking trends and opportunities in the market, generating leads, and preparing business proposals for the identified opportunitiesRepresenting the firm in various business platforms, conferences and seminars through speeches and publishing white papers, articles, and other thought leadership pieces?
