  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in property consulting or advisory roles. (freshers can also apply)
  • Off-Plan Or Secondary market Rent or Sale will be a bonus.
  • Basic knowledge of local property market regulations, laws, and financing options.
  • Experience in conducting property valuations and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and any additional languages preferred in the local market.
  • Proficient in using property management software and tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Candidates need to be present in the UAE
  • Able to handle Clients/owner & work on commission basis
