Job Description

The Debt Syndication and Transaction practice assists clients in structuring?and raising the right debt funding solutions keeping in mind their business needs and market realities. The objective is to devise a pragmatic plan that accommodates immediate as well as long term requirements.?Your responsibilities as a Consultant in the Debt Syndication and Transaction will include:?

  • Collate and analyze market and industry data to extract meaningful insights to be incorporated into the deliverable?
  • Work with team members to prepare well-structured reports such as Credit Proposals and Information Memorandum for financing of projects?
  • Manage client and lender relationships on a day-to-day basis.?
  • Conduct credit analysis and investment analysis for existing and upcoming projects?
  • Be part of the team in negotiating terms of lending with banks and financial institutions on behalf of clients to finalize the terms and conditions of lending?
  • Conduct complex analysis on MS Excel and develop financial models???
