We are in search of a passionate and dedicated Neonatologist to join our growing medical team at Talentspoc. As a Neonatologist, you will have the opportunity to provide specialized care to newborn infants who are ill or born prematurely. You will work closely with a team of highly skilled professionals to ensure the proper care and treatment of these delicate patients.Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat newborns with a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and medical assessments on newborns- Evaluate and monitor the growth and development of premature and critically ill newborns- Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding the medical condition of their newborn- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neonatal care and treatments- Maintain accurate and complete medical records for all patients- Provide education and support to families regarding their babys medical needsQualifications:- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine- Completion of a residency in pediatrics and fellowship in neonatology- Board certification in Neonatology- State medical license- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills- Passion for providing the best possible care for infants and their families- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations Company Profile Talentspoc is a leading healthcare recruiting agency in the UAE that recruits personnel to the UAE and other Middle Eastern countries.
